Questions we hear in the showroom
How do I choose the right rug size?
For a living room, leave around 20–30 cm of bare floor around the rug and set the front legs of your sofa on it. In a bedroom, extend the rug about 60 cm past each side of the bed. And if the ready sizes don't fit, we weave to your exact measurements.
Can you make a rug to my exact measurements?
Yes. Any design can be woven in a custom width and length or as a round or runner. Share your room size and we'll return a drawing to scale with a confirmed price before weaving begins.
Is the home trial really free?
It is. We lay the rug in your room for three days so you can see it in your own light. If it isn't right, we collect it at no cost and refund you in full, or swap it for another design.
How should I care for a handwoven rug?
Vacuum on low without a beater bar, rotate the rug twice a year and blot spills with a clean cloth. Your first professional wash is free, and we repair edges and fringes for as long as you own the rug.
Do the colours look like the photos?
We use natural dyes, so small variations are part of what makes each rug unique. Swatch books are available on request, and the free home trial lets you check the colour in your own space before deciding.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-made rugs ship within 3–5 working days. Custom pieces take about 4–8 weeks depending on size and fibre, and we keep you updated at every stage from loom to doorstep.
